I had a previous complaint that my parcel has been stuck at the JHB hub for over a month. I was then advised that I needed to fax proof of payment to them in order for them to release my parcel. I have sent this through twice now - on the 24th of May and again on the 29th of May! There has still to date not been any change on the status of my parcel!!
What more does a person need to do to just get what is rightfully theirs???
