On 30 May this company deducted R99.00 from my bank account with reference TELETOP52868048tele0130530 and again on 31 May with reference 52924798TELET0130531. I called on 31 May spoke to Candy who told me that they can only do refunds 72 hours and they don't work on week ends. I called again on 3rd June and the same Candy told me that I will only be refunded on 5 June, when asked to speak to person in charge I was told it is Linda Buthelezi and she is in a meeting. I called again after 13Hr00 on 3 June and now was told she is on training so I cannot speak to her.
I want justice done as these people inconvenience me, I have debit order to cover on this account - criminal charges should be brought to these people.
