As per previous package that was stuck at post office for a month and query it, they told me they needed proof of payment all of the sudden it moved, although all details on package, on one even bothered to contact me.
So with this package I traced it till it landed in South Africa on the 15/05 so I send the proof of payment in advance hoping to get it done faster this time, NOT... It is stuck now at the processing department from 21/05 till now. Don't even bother to log a complaint to customer service they cant help they tell u to phone JIMC and give u post office customer service numbe
