NO NOTICE AT ALL

Eskom decides to switch off my whole area's electricity off without notifying us or even switching it on again the same night. Our electricity switched off at 6h30 Wednesday night 29/05/2013. My husband contacted them to inform them of the problem and the lady who answers has the nerve to tell him that there is no blackouts in our area that she is not aware of. He explained that its a whole block of houses and its been off for almost 3 hours already she still informed him that she cant trace any blackouts which was preposterous because we were sitting in a dark house so was the rest of the community. She then informed him that they will send out technicians but still not happened. the electricity was off from 6h30 the evening till the next morning 9h00. LET ME JUST REMIND THEM THAT ITS WINTER NOT SUMMER if you are working mother and wife you still needs to do the cooking when you get home and see to the children don't they have any idea as to what it is to let your children go to bed without a warm plate of food or a little coffee or hot chocolate at night during the winter. Well I guess im not staying in Bishops Court its only DELFT that is why we are not being taken seriously...
