KWIKOT SERVICE STINKS

I purchased a kwikot geyser earlier this month. It was installed and has not worked properly from day 1. After trying for over a week and speaking to their rude staff I was finally successful in getting them to send a technician out to investigate the fault. He checked the product out and advised that there was no pressure filling into the tank. He switched the unit off and advised that it be switched on once the pressure was rectified. We addresed the issue and the device was switched on. Once again it started smoking immediately when we opened the hot water tap. Again after much arguement they sent a 2nd technician out who then informed us this time that the unit was mounted upside down. The unit was labelled by their factory and we followed same labelling and mounted the unit. Their qualitied specialist technician could not identify that their company incorrectly labelled the geyser, so how do they expect us to know otherwise? Now they refuse to provide us with a replacement when clearly their item was incorrectly labelled. Worst service ever!!!
