My parents bought a Mancini lounge suite 2-3 years ago and paid R24000 for the lounge suite. was promised that it was genuine leather, but now its starting to bubble, the stitching is coming loose and the couch is sagging. for the amount of money that they paid this should not be happening. i would like the lounge suite replaced, i dont want anything to be fixed
