Santam insurance/Bernies panel/Sansure brokers had the car picked up as it was not drivable the clutch was burnt and was slipping. The accident happened 8 WEEKS AGO the car has been at the panel beaters and it been backwards and forwards. The accident happened at 5am at the intersection R27/N7 link road, i went into a ditch trying to swerve as people know that that time of the morning it starts getting busy so we tried to get the car out of the ditch by pushing and using the clutch as it is a front wheel drive eventually we got the car out as it was OBSTRUCTING THE TRAFFIC so instead of leaving the car there and letting the insurance sort it out i took it on myself to get it back home well bad news. SHOULD HAVE LEFT IT THERE anyway 8 weeks later its stuck with no clutch and SATAM assessors say its not part of the damage, what a load of cr... p. I will take this further thats for sure. Pay insurance for what?
