Today is the 07/06. No correspondence have been received by post to this date from Bokomo. After the fist telephone conversation I was told that correspondence will be a refund. After the second conversation Bokomo decided on a voucher for Bokomo products. I agreed to either though it should have been my decision. I am getting increasingly fed up with Bokomo's inconsistancy, procrastination, lack of problemsolving ability and poor quality of their products. Where is the my correspondence Bokomo? I would also like to inform you that the orgamism in the product seem to be to be a flea larvae, but my conclusion might be inaccurate. I will get proper, detailed and accurate information on the topic from a Zoologist as soon as I have the time. PLEASE RESPOND TO ME EITHER ON HELLO PETER OR VIA EMAIL. As each time after the 2 conversations, that you have called me I have been occupied. I do not know what more can be said about the matter anyway. But for clarification: I bought a inedible, possibly pathogenic product from Bokomo. I am not happy. I asked for a refund. I was promised a refund or a voucher.
