I wanted Vinnie to fix the yellow tint I have on my hair and I requested a full head of highlights to be done which she told me is R700 as they were running a special, I told her Im abit strapped with money this month but can they only do the highlights without a cut or blow, which she refused to do and advised me that the full platinum color would be best. I agreed to this reluctantly as I didn't just want one plain color but seeing that I did not have R700 to spend I said she should go ahead and it all came to R550 after I was quoted R480 because she did a "treatment" that I didn't ask for. After completing this my hair looked white with an ugly yellow tint. I got home and looked on the pamphlet that they actually charge R330 for a full color and R550 For a full head of highlights. Why weren't these prices discussed with me before hand instead Vinnie trys to make extra money out of her clients from hidden costs and is lazy to do the work as she said highlights will take a long time to do. I tried to contact her to get my money back or at least pay the R200 back as the full color only cost R330 and she refused was really rude, does not want to fix the mess she made and also does
