I have an outstanding debt which is being managed by ARA Group on behalf of their client. Due to unemployment I was unable to maintain regular payments and with every contact with Mrs Brown from ARA Group, the service has been respectful, helpful and kind, without losing sight of her objective to get the debt paid up.
