On the 26 March 2013 at Dream nails Eastgate at around 17:20pm I received a very bad attitude from Nadia the receptionist. I went there to do the gel overlays she was so rude and unproffesional saying to me its late and there will be closing at 18:00pm. I tried to explain to her that I made an appointment but she didn't want to her a thing making all those rude facial expression. The other therapist tried to interven but she didn't want to listen I felt so embarrased because the other clients were starring but worst of all I feel for the owner as this will affect the business. As I walked out the door I could see she still renting and raving.
