My salary gets paid in my postbank account everytime I need my money and want to draw it tells me no funds available its the third time it happen today I was in centuary city had a R480 something the machine tells me no funds available I walked in to postnet they requested my Id document which I don't carry around because I don't expect this to happen I told the guy I can give him a bank statement or say my number he refuses to assist me to me it seems like post bank is my money I will never refer a post bank to anyone and I had enough of post bank taking every week my money I am going to close my account I never expected this from post bank but with the service I received I will never use post bank again
