I discovered to my dismay that I had lost the HEPA filter to my AEG Electrolux Tornado vacuum cleaner on 21 March (public holiday). I was looking to replace it urgently and in desperation left a message on AEG Electrolux's website the same day. This morning (22 March), Christa, Theresa and Udistine promptly got back to me to ensure I was able to purchase a new filter and with their help I have several options for where to make my purchase. I really appreciate their prompt and efficient customer service. Thanks!
