On 19 December at 13:15 I mailed a large prepaid bag via Speed Service to P.O. Box 1364, Bassonia, 2061. The package contained a damaged canvas which I was returning to the printers for a refund. I paid R63.00 for. I asked for a tracking number, but now upon inspection there is no tracking number on the receipt. The canvas had a value of R395 which now will never be refunded to me, since the package never arrived at it's destination. I paid for a service from the Post Office and they charged me R63 and never delivered the goods. I'm holding the post office responsible for this and if I don't hear from them in 24 hours I will be taking legal action against them. I've had it with them. There is such a thing as the consumer protection act, I intend to use my rights.
