Unable to contact / get through for 4 days!!

I was issued with a notification on the 03 May 2013 re needing a copy of an invoice for the following tracking number: II 282 404 954 ZA
I sent the invoice thorough on Monday the 6th May to Corli Steyn on her e-mail address [Email Removed] and I also was asked to fax a copy to Monica on 086 558 1252 - I was informed by the customer services agent that someone would be in contact with me as soon as the document had been received.
I have not had any contact and I have been trying for 3 days non stop to get through on one of the numbers... all I get is a message re high volumes on calls and then the phone cuts off after 7 minutes - I am finding this incredibly irritating as I take the time to call and hold and end up cut off every time.
I have tried to mail Corli again and also fax Monica to no avail.
I cant not find anything on the online track and trace!!!
Will you please advise me of what is going on!
