Hi, I've got 4 packages which arrived at JHB international Mail Centre, I noticed some packages showed Detention Notice, so I emailed them on 29/12/2013 and asked why, a lady named Monica Lynch replied on 30/12/2013 and told me that they require the invoices, so I sent everything through later that day. On Saturday 04/01/2014, I noticed that the status have not changed, so I phoned the customer services and they gave me Monica's direct number, so I phone the number and Mavhungu answered the phone and I gave him the tracking numbers and he told me he doesn't know what Monica did and that she will only be back Monday, so he asked me to send him the invoices which I did, the one package status did change from Detention notice to In Transit but the others stayed the same. I would like to know what is going on. The tracking numbers are: RI275068228ZA, RI274989653ZA, RI273782900ZA, RI273843008ZA
