Hello I have a parcel that is stuck at the EMS Sapo branch in Johannesburg, I have had no luck get proper response from anybody regarding this matter. I Paid nearly R800 to have my parcel put on Priority mail from America and it arrived in South Africa on the 8th of January since then it has been at the EMS branch in Johannesburg, I have made a Total of 87 phone calls to the offices since the 16th of January 2014, yesterday alone 17 phone calls to what my cost has been for the 87 phone calls R590. The answer remains the same the whole time we will contact you within an hour, 7 days and no phone call. I was told by Thandi Ntuli, Msimang to name a few that I need to send them an invoice for my parcel (I have sent around 9 Invoices to people) I even flagged it and requested a read report from my first email sent and then still get " I did not receive your email after I get a read report. My tracking no II292015137ZA.
I just want my parcel. I have sent the same post as this one to Corli At EMS SAPO as she is the only one that has returned any form of communication to me.
