Adding Life Insurance not keeping by the 14% rate

When you guys had the opening special in Bloemfontein, (If i am correct, almost 2 months ago)
I applied to by the 2 door fridge and freezer and my boyfriend a lounge set. After i was sent up and down i had to go to the ware - house to pick up my lounge... Today is the 29/08/2013, i still don't have my fridge, because the sales people that is used, adds life - insurance to client's contracts that buy on account, EVEN after proof of insurance is supplied to them and they are told not to add it???
They also added life insurance on my TV that I bought, same story!!!
I paid my deposit together with the lounge deposit, and they printed the contract after that, And again LIFE INSURANCE!!! They said its not a problem, they will correct it. I had to go back again the next evening. So when i got there, the sales person said: "sorry but we can't give you the 14% interest rate anymore". So now i was told to choose Life insurance OR 19% interest??? I immediately asked to see the manager, THIS WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT. The salesperson went to call her, she never showed up, but did assure the sales person that it will be sorted out, I will receive my 14% interest rate and the life ins
