I ordered a lounge suite from lounge & couch world 2 months ago. On delivery I was not satisfied. I requested a refund and it was refused. Thereafter I promised that my couch will be fetched and fixed to fit my requirements. I was never contacted back, and when I phoned to enquire, the salesperson gave me an extremely bad attitude - refusing to give me a time for collection of my couch to be fixed and telling me "I told you I will let you know when I will let you know" and "don't come and change your mind - we made it like you wanted". Apparently their company policy is not the customer is always righ, and rude salespeople are employed and tolerated.
