Whilst looking for a label printer i spoke to one sales person after the other only to get frustrated because they either didn't know what they were selling or if it would even be able to do what i required.
My IT guy told me to call Esme from Label Ales in Parklands and I was impressed from the get-go. She knew what I was trying to do and what I needed to get it done. She quoted me over the phone and the next morning I was there to collect. She explained everything that needed to be done in great detail and helped me out with a number of tips to keep my new printer working well into the future.
Thanks to her explanation and her advice, I set up the printer and got it working very quickly. Getting it to line up properly with Pastel took a lot of jiggling but no more than i was expecting.
