On all the complaints BDB data will react that they are third party service provider that facilitates the collection of debit orders on behalf of our clients.
In other words they are NOT from your account because somebody else gave them the order to do so.
It is just the fact that if somebody tells them to take money from my account they will just do it and FNB or any other bank will just let them do so. In other words they are above any bank, the banks can not stop them. Wath power do they have to do so? Where is my signature on a debit order? They do not need it, just an account number is enough. What is the point of all this online security, PIn codes, password, copies of my ID when I enter the bank if a company as BDB data as all power to drain my account?
