Please reverse my funds

This passed month of April Credit Clear debited me 3 times on my account without my authorization.
On the 25th they debited me R799 and R126 and then a few days later ther debited R208 from my account. From such a big company I am not expecting such descrepancies to be happening. To make materrs worse, I contacted their customer care on Friday and spoke to Tamia who asured me that someone will get back to me concerning the query, but all I ever received was an e-mail requesting my ID number to check my file. No follow up has been done. And since this is a fault on their side, they can't expect me to waste my airtime just to get my money reversed. The same happened in the month of March for an amount of R208, R208 and R126 but only R416 was reversed after calling them every day for almost a week.
