I'm sueing you anyway Europ Assistance! Eight months of utter agony, additional expenses from my side and every time a new excuse! Saying you're not part of ABSA, yet the policy is called ABSA, ABSI DNA Top-Up 1 and their logo on each page of the policy???
I paid for it with MY well earned money (on which ABSA earns interest
and charges huge service fees)! Though it most probably will cost
me more than the R3000 you contractually still owe me (but seem to
be not be accountable for) I'll do it to set a precedent. It's all on video. A verbal contract
is just as valid and binding-especially when it was all caught on video clearly
showing your #number. Carte Blanche is going to have a such a
field day with my footage and months' of correspondence. Take that.
