On january i returned a chelsea purse and last month i returned mattifying lotion so lastweek i told my leader to look at this matter, i called her today so she gave me the AJ and invoice numbers for both returns. I called credit control and I spoke to Sanele whom gave me attitude I then hangup and called again so i got him and ask to speak to someone he took his time then gave the fone to Jaiden whom left me to hold for 5minutes what an attitude I recieved from betty from when she picks up the fone, and all I wanted was for them to log a query for me but they didnt want to listen and when I asked for the supervisor their response was all our supervisors are in a meeeting please look into this matter and get back to me
