BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Currently pregnant, going on UNPAID maternity leave end Feb. ABSA declined my request for 5 month car installment reduction (please note: reduction only, not non-payment), because I have been pregnant before and have already asked for 4 months to be reduced in 2011 (what???). This after I had to wait more than a week for this feedback. This is why people are moving away form your biep bank, because you are definately not a peoples bank.
