Hi, I was looking to undertake a mobile contract from mobile service provider mtn, on going to them I was told that my current financial situation permitted me to undertake a contract and that I would qualify for one, my request could not be processed as V.V.M ATTORNEYS had not cleared my name on their system. I had an issue with an outstanding account with the mtn. I was contacted by V.V.M regarding payment and settled on a monthly repayment to clear the outstanding balance, as per their request I have done so accordingly and honoured the arrangements made, mtn had advised me that their system reflects a nil balance and therefore I can qualify for a new contract. However they cannot persue the process as v.v.m attorneys have still not removed me from their lists. In july august 2013 I had contacted them on various occasions and was given time lines like we will revert to you in 6 weeks, it has been eight months now and i still have not been contacted by them. My account was settled months prior to me contacting them to find out why they have not yet removed me from their systems. I am disgusted with such service and would like this matter resolved as it has been more than a Year now!!!
