I have mailed you twice before about this. With the second they stated it didn't warrant a response as they responded initially. This is my third complaint. I have paid this place over R5300 on a R4000 debt. First they say they didn't receive proof of payment, the latest is that the extra R1000 they wanted (which I paid) was for the one Acc (Virgin active account 2 reference numbers) as the other was frozen because of payment received..(Payment always done simultaneously with separate reference numbers.)
Now they want another extra R877 as the account was not frozen (I have a mail that states otherwise) This I guess will go on until kingdom comes. If I keep on paying them I'll end up paying over R10000 and more as every time they have a different story. In my opinion R5000 plus should've covered all their interest for phone calls etc. which is what they say I'm still needing to pay for.
I have asked them to remove us from their system and to stop harassing me. I've even sent an e-mail to Mr Christopher Harradine who is apparently a director at MBD. When is enough enough???
