My complaint up to date has not yet been resolved. The lady by the name of Lorato called me on the 17 April 2013 at Truworths-Mmabatho indicating that they will refund me within 24hrs, but nothing is done yet. Since the purchase was done on the 14 March 2013, I seriously don't find joy doing business with Truworths.
