And so this matter is still not resolved. I wrote a complaint about 3 weeks ago, was quickly assisted by Irma and received correspondence that my credit card account that was handed over to RL Daly attorneys was indeed paid up and I received written correspondence of this from Irma and the legal department as well as a letter. I was advised further that my profile will be updated, removed from ITC and the attorneys will be informed. But here we go - I was contacted by RL Daly attorneys again RIGHT NOW asking when they can receive payment on this account??? This is unacceptable. I urgently await to hear from you. I am truly fed up now.
