Hi, My name is Mickey (Michel) Cloete - i was a victim of identity in December 2011, the Roodepoort police case number is CAS 688/12/2011- i have been harrassed by Shapiro Shaik Defries attorneys and I have explained to them that they are persuing the wrong person. I can't seem to get through to them that I am not to be sued for the overdue account. The criminal was arrested and there is going to be a court case. I will countersue if there are any lititgation taken against my name and any bad credit rating listed as a result of this attorney's incompetance.
