Poor Service / Lack of Communication

During 2012 I was unemployed for several months, I decided to sell a second property, stating to the Estate Agent (Jawitz Properties) that this was an urgent sale as I had no source of income. The property was sold to a cash buyer during Oct 2012. Attorneys nominated by Jawitz was Marto Lafitte & Associates, Bedfordview. I assumed that a cash buyer would ensure a speedy transfer of the property as no bond was required. Since Oct 2012 to18 March 2013 there has been a lack of traction on closing the sale of this property. Numerous staff at Marto Lafitte have worked on this file and has been passed from 1 staff member to another (due to resignations). Once staffmember/s have resigned there has been no communication to myself (the client) iro providing me with an update on this matter. There has been 1 delay after another and no communication forthcoming. There appears to be numerous staff working on this file but no communication between either of the staff. I appealed to the Director, Rui Marto for urgent assistance and intervention as I am not aware that it takes almost 5 months to have a property transferred. Urgency, poor communication and service leaves something to be desired.
