Was interested in buying a property

Am interested in buying a house with them but when I call the agent asking if the property is still on sale and she says no when I check on the internet the property is still for sale and when I log a complain abt the property they say the property is still on sale but when I call the property is not for sale I don't know wheather is because the agent is a white person and I am black I receive such answers
