A few years ago i brought unwanted goods to ERIK REEDER Auctioneers in Somerset west. I have requested many times to return my goods with no success. They are now 'folded' and my goods are still in his possession. I have phoned and visited him, with the promise to return the goods, no success. Corporate Recovery Advisors are now dealing with Erik Reeder - so I heard from my Lawyers Miller Bosman le Roux in SOmerset west.
A letter from Johann Krynauw stated on the 24 july 2012 that Reeder was going to return my goods (value approx R4000) on that coming THURSDAY... 8 months later still NO NOTHING... THIS IS NOW UNACCEPTABLE..and i want my goods back and in good state!!
