Hi my name is jonathan.policy number 79009785.i have been a member of lipco probably for 10 years or almost. I havent used lipco once in a court of law in that time.i apply for help with a case for my son, in February this year, and i get treated like i skipped payments, or like i owe them money.i had to deal with the policw myself, i had to deal with the courts myself.i had a lawyer for the first appearance, and then the second..but they were just there for that 2 times and did exactly what i have been doing since, talk to judge and explain that lipco is waiting on this, and lipco is waiting on that, i had to go get the investigation docket myself..i trusted lipco by paying them each and every month my membership fees, and then lipco phone me the day before my son appears, which was yesterday, to tell me that they cant help me with his case, cause the judge will find him guilty on a lessor charge... now tell me why do you pay lawyers. to tell you what the judgement will be before the judge does?.i never ever thought that i would be a complainant about Lipco, now they tell me i must pay for a lawyer!!.what have i been doing for all these years???
