I have been a member of Lipco for more than 10 years. My monthly payment is more than R100-00, wich is quite expensive for this industry. Every time I have a problem I am told that I am not covered for that and that I must pay more to have my problem included. Now again I have a real problem that need urgent attention and what do I get eee sooorrryyy but you are not covered for that. It is a legal company can they not explain to you what you are covered for???
