My elderly mother has been receiving threatening sms and calls regarding an account that I have already paid. As no phone number was on the sms i Googled Nicol Davis and found a Cape Town number. I phoned them and they informed me they had no matter against myself but mentioned another Debt collector in Joburg trading under the same name.
my question is how this is possible?
When I give an instruction for you to apologise to my mother you do it. I dont want to know about your issues, you fullfil the INSTRUCTION that was given to you. I furthermore do not appreciate the comments that you reply to consumers on this forum. I find your conduct unproffessional and unacceptable to say the least.
A real man will do the honourable thing and apologise.
