I have tried in vain to make payment arrangements to pay this account. I know I am in default, but can only afford to pay R200 a month, an amount Nicol, Davis & Associates are not willing to accept. I have been threatened with a total garnishee of 25% of my salary.
I am tired of being threatened by companies such as these, and the psychological effect of their fear-mongering.
