This lady has a bad attitude and a half. Threatening people with unsolicited SMSs and calls is not the way to handle matters. I have a query over this and all of a sudden the whole planet must be involved. Threats of blacklisting and using harsh words over a matter still under consideration is not the way to go. This account is mine not anyone's and if anyone is to deal with it, it is ME. It is my account, I am responsible for it and I manage it. NDA must not go into the habit of threatening people who have nothing to do with this account. Do NOT pass the buck to other people who have absolutely nothing to do with it. People's names on forms do not mean they are responsible.
Very unprofessional especially from Tina who has backyard, shanty town attitude and she has no customer care skills at all. She has no time to listen at all about the concerns at hand except to demand payment. She must be taught how to handle customers/people. I found the rude nature of her responses and lack of care to listen to my issues very worrying. I do not want to deal with her anymore. Assign someone else to deal with my issue please as I know this matter can be resolved amicably - through me!
