I was called to day by on of their ladies cant remember her name. We have had numerous arguments regarding an outstanding account. I phoned them on Friday and spoke to A Lisa, I had told her what was happening and that what right does her lady have to phone my company. She tell me the only right the person had was to confirm employment and then the file would be handed to their legal department. Well guess what Lisa your lady phoned my company again today and said she was going to furnish a garnishing order on me. Really well I have done my own investigation have been to court and been to see a lawyer who informed me that you have no legal right to put a garnishing order on me as I have not signed any documentation stating that if the account was not paid a garnishing would be placed on me. So I do not know what rights you have given your lady to make those kinds of threats, and to ask me questions like "Well why don't you pay your accounts". If that woman phones me again I will lay a charge against her for harassment and for causing trouble in my work place. She is rude and has no manners.
