Text from my Debt reviewer as below, ongoing since August 2018
Our client is getting numerous calls and emails from your offices threatening to take action against her for her Woolworths account. SMS summons notifications weekly included from Brooks & Luyts Attorneys 011 543 9173
I contacted your offices and told them that the account is with MBD/ Capital Data
I have been in contact with them, who has stated that they are receiving monthly payments towards the account, and that the account is still active in their books.
I have attached the Certificate of balance that we received from them, together with our creditor statement, confirming regular payments towards the account.
In view of the above, we hereby request that you close your file and return same to your client.
