Credit Bureau Reports say paid up

I went under debt review in 2009 and have since been paying this account monthly through my debt councillor.

I decided today, 29 Jan. 14 to get my credit reports to see whom I still owe what to and to my surprise my Woolworths credit card is listed on 3 different reports as paid up.

When I phone Consumer friend I was told that I need to give them reports proving this to them before they see it as paid up.

I am now wondering for almost two years I have still been paying Woolworths, what has happened to that money and why is it my responsibility to prove them otherwise.

It's enough stress being under debt review and it's even more scary that if you don't check up on what you paying over that they just continue taking your money.
