I wanted to end my debt review and therefore requested Consumer Friend to furnish me with a settlement amount for my Woolworths Credit Card. On 27 June 2013 I received an email from Keloshni Chinniah. I duly paid the settlement figure on 27 June 2013. I kept on getting Woolworths accounts. I then spoke to Keloshni on 6 August 2013 and she assured me she would sort this out with Woolworths. Needless to say she did not sort it out. Finally I sent emails to her Manager and Supervisors. I was then contacted by Cherill who told me that Dianne would phone me later that day - this was last week. To this day no one has phoned me or sorted my account out. And each month I keep getting accounts from Woolworths - four months after settlement of my account.
