Giving me the run around

I went under debt review a couple of years back. My debt has been paid up and when the people from Debt Sense start asking for paid up letters, Woolworths told them there is still money outstanding. We (me and Debt Sense) tried to get a statement from them to see where these monies come from but they keep giving us the run around. They revered us to Consumer Friend but they also refuse to help. The account was handed over to NDS Credit, but even those people don't know what the they are doing. Debt Sense send them all the proof of payments, but still they say there is money outstanding, but no one can tell me where this money came from. This account was suppose to be frozen when it went under debt review, but it looks to me that they just kept on piling on costs! I just want this thing finalised. This account was paid up last year already (according to Debt Sense). If these costs are due to their stupidity and lack of communication to the debt counsellors, it is going to be their loss. I will NOT pay these unnecessary costs. Appoint people who know what they are doing and know how to follow up and communicate!!!
