Debt Review

We were voluntarily on Debt Review at Consumer Assist from 13 Oct 2010 until 2012, because I was only on a contract basis and my husband was unemployed. We informed Consumer Assist in 2012 take us off from Debt Review, after I have received a permanent position.

SA Homeloans was one of our Creditors; they informed me on the 26th of July 2013 that they (SA Homeloans) have received confirmation on the 15th June 2012 at the Consumer Assist, that we are no longer under debt review.

This is now more than a year that already has passed and Consumer Assist never inform the Credit Bureau that we are not longer under debt review. So we are still listed has a high risk payer at the Credit Bureau.

Please advise me what to do. I have inform Consumer Assist about we were never taken off at the Credit Bureau.
