HELLOPETER, I have a problem with Shapiro Shaik Defries &Associates. They called me a week ago demanding that I pay R4500 that I took at Nedbank as personal loan in 2008. The thing is I have never made any loans with Nedbank, I do all my banking with FNB and don't do loans.
I.ve been to Nedbank to enquire about this issue, they have no clue or any records of this loan. What must I do?
