Am currently asking anyone who want to join me taking Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates to court, on the following grounds contravening of consumer's act which including but not limited to harassment amongst other things, contravening of the credit act which amongst other charges I am bring forward relates to contravening credit act by not informing their clients of their rights and trap them into evoking prescribed death.
I am also intending to bring forward a charge in relation to contravening credit act through practising ''' off the book funding'' or ''debtor purchasing.
