I received a message from Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates -that they must be contacted regarding an outstanding balance.
I called them and was told that I owe Nedbank money. I asked for details and was given an E Mail address - I replied to the email stating that I was sequestrated in 2000 and I supplied them with copies of the government gazette - as proof
However -I'm am still constantly harassed -and again received a SMS on 09/01/2014 -Reading FINAL DEMAND Pay R4 556.93 Ref 3000021563
Firstly, this is an account that should have been written due to the sequestration.
Secondly, if this amount was due, the debt has prescribed.
