For more than 6 months I am being emailed with regards to an amount owing to Standard Bank; but I am not D Pestana.
I have contacted the call centre on several occasions to advise them of this and request that you take my contact details off. I have sent emails requesting that my details are taken off. But MBD seem keen to waste my time and theirs pursuing for me D Pestana's outstanding debt.
I would also like to know how they obtained my details for someone that is not even vaguely related to me. I have not given anyone permission to obtain my personal information for a debt that I have nothing to do with. The next "Hello Peter" will be to Standard Bank. Ultimately they are your client and they will be hearing from me with regards to your incompetence to collect debt from the correct people.
