I called your offices this morning after receiving an sms offering a discount for an account which is over 10 years old. Earlier this year in January I enquired about the same account and even quieried with the NCR and Ombudsman and was informed that the debt had prescribed and therefore no longer payable. What is very strange to me is that your offices now suddenly have no record of the enquiry earlier this year and furthermore are now saying that there were payments made this year, which I certainly have not. Please will you sort this out urgently and update my credit bureau status as I do not want this matter or yourselves bothering me any more than it should. May I also add that your consultant (who only introduced herself as Mishka) is extremely rude and unprofessional and definitely not as helpful as what her job prescribes, hence I am as upset about this as she refused to offer any assistance or clarity on this matter, while I was explaining all of the above to her.
