We had a FNB bond, that we switched to a One Account. We went to the lawyers 13 Sept'13 to sign all the docs for processing of the switch. after a month, of not having everything finalised yet, we contacted the lawyers and they said there was a problem with getting all the docs from FNB. In between calls with the one account dept and the lawyers, we finally got that sorted, to be able to submit the docs to the deeds office. Then, a certain DEBBIE at FNB did not want to accept our insurance. Let me clarify, our normal bond that we switched to a one account, was already with Alexander Forbes, so the bond that was switched, was AF, but still they kept on finding faults with the docs from AF. Our bond FINALLY registered 11 November, 2013. Nearly 2 months after we signed all the documentation. We now needed to wait 24 - 48 hrs to have the funds reflect. Yesterday, when the funds was not in, I phoned FNB and they said there is a problem with the amounts or something and the OTP cannot be processed. Today, I am phoning again, and NOTHING has been done to resolve this issue. FNB, you have done NOTHING to help me, and I have gone from a huge fan, to REGRETTING being part of this bank
